This project will be constructed in 4 distinct modules (referred to as "quads"). The first quad (Quad A) is expected to be built by the 3rd Quarter of 2010, with construction anticipated to begin by the end of the 2nd Quarter of 2009. Total jobs created by the Dona Ana Project are projected at 15-22 individuals per quad. (excluding construction employment).
